Alex Pittaway, director of Alexander Pittaway, is a member of the Association of Residential Estate Agents (MARLA). He created Alexander Pittaway (formerly AP Residential) as a residential lettings agency specialising in properties within Coventry and Warwickshire. Since the agencies conception in 2014 the company has grown from strength to strength.

Alexander Pittaway is run in conjunction with AP Commercial, an established property company run by Andrew Pittaway. Andrew’s expertise lies in industrial/warehouse premises in Warwickshire and the Midlands area. Andrew has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with commercial lettings, sales, acquisitions and rent reviews/ lease renewals.

Alexander Pittaway is a family run business and is run with the care and attention that you would expect from a family organisation. Even the office has a warm, comfortable feel that defies the trend towards cool minimalism. Our success is based on a combination of old fashioned values, relevant up-to-date expertise and the latest technology, and it is a formula that people seem to like.
